Akio James
シカゴ出身のドラマー、ジミーは ２０１８年の秋に来日しました。東京、仙台、福島で色々な種類の音楽を演奏しています。特にフリージャズに興味があり音色やエクステンデッドテクニックと生のエネルギーに焦点を当てています。彼は今まで Frank Rosaly, Tatsuya Nakatani, William Winant, そして Rodrigo Villenuevaなどから教えを受けました。
演奏ではelectronicsも使いドラムをプレイしながら同時演奏をします。

マーク・サッドグローブ Mark Sadgrove
1978年ニュージーランド・オークランド生まれ。2000年代前半、オークランドの“風変わりな”音楽シーンで活動後、2006年日本に拠点を移す。以降は自作楽器でのソロ演奏や、バンドGreymouth、The Mysteries of Loveのメンバーとしての活動に注力している。これらのプロジェクトはQuemada、Albert’s Basement、Emerald Cocoonといったレーベルからリリースされている。また自身のレーベル“abd”から7インチレコードやlathe-cutをリリースしている。

　
　
増渕 顕史 Takashi Masubuchi
1984年生。主に東京で演奏活動を行う。ギタリスト・即興演奏家。
10代の頃より様々なグループでギタリストとして活動を行う。
2008年頃よりはじめた、嶋澤ヒロノブとのユニット Pelktopia で即興での演奏活動を開始する。
2018年よりアコースティックギターによる演奏に専念する。

2018年 R,R,R 【Headlights (PT)】・Disappearing Foliage 【Senri Records(JP)】２枚のソロアルバムをリリース。
又、他音楽家との共演作品・コンピレーション作品への参加などでも作品を発表している。

石川高 Ko Ishikawa [笙]
1990年より笙の演奏活動を始め、国内外の音楽祭に出演。最近は催馬楽などの歌唱でも高い評価を受けている。雅楽古典曲のみならず、現代作品や自主作品の演奏、即興演奏にも意欲的に取り組む。2010年には Evan Parker Electro Acoustic Ensembleのヨーロッパ・ツアーに参加。

　
　
山㟁直人 Naoto Yamagishi
ドラム、打楽器奏者。音楽以前の音楽を探求し、自然や日常からの音や流れから生じる“リズム・響き・間”を大きなうねりにのせ、あらゆる空間を音と共に旅をする。
13才の頃からドラムを始める。ドラムを阿部拓也氏に師事。国内外、ジャンルを問わず様々なアーティスト（ミュージシャン、ダンサー、詩人、写真家、書道家、華道家、画家、メディアアーティストなど）と共演し、現在はソロやグループ、またサポートドラマーとしてヨーロッパや日本で活動中。主なグループやプロジェクトに松樹千年翠(書道家白石雪妃、華道家塚越応駿、琵琶奏者藤高理恵子とのプロジェクト)、En Route (画家上田暁子とのプロジェクト)、usva (Lauri Hyvärinen / Finland, Jone Takamäki / Finlandとのトリオ)など他にも多数。

中村としまる Toshimaru Nakamura
舞台音響技術、遊戯施設の効果音および音楽制作、或いはまた楽団でギターを弾くなどの２０歳代を経てたが、結句、何物も身につかなかった。唯一、ひょんなことから興じていったオーディオ・ミキサーを用いたフィードバックの演奏のみが、手に馴染み且つ精神との整合も取れるものとなり、それが我れも演奏家の端くれであるという大胆な誤認を自らにもたらす。この悲劇的な思い上がりを前提として、演奏の機会が与えられればこれに応じ、現在に至る。
　
No-input mixing board player

Toshimaru Nakamura’s instrument is the no-input mixing board, which describes a way of using a standard mixing board as an electronic music instrument, producing sound without any external audio input. The use of the mixing board in this manner is not only innovative in the the sounds it can create but, more importantly, in the approach this method of working with the mixer demands. The unpredictability of the instrument requires an attitude of obedience and resignation to the system and the sounds it produces, bringing a high level of indeterminacy and surprise to the music. Nakamura pioneered this approach to the use of the mixing board in the mid-1990’s and has since then appeared on over one hundred audio publications, including nine solo CD’s.

He has performed throughout Europe, North America, Argentina, New Zealand, Australia, Korea, China, Singapore and Malaysia, performing and recording both as a soloist and in collaboration with numerous other musicians.

As an active organizer of concerts in Tokyo, Nakamura has helped many musicians coming to Japan find places to perform, both with himself and with others. From 1998 to 2003 Nakamura and Tetuzi Akiyama ran the concert series Improvisation Series at Bar Aoyama and then later the Meeting at Off Site series of concerts. Both these concert series were crucially important in exposing a new manner to improvised music (referred to as Electro Acoustic Improvisation) to the Japanese public and to foreign musicians visiting Japan, making Tokyo one of the global hotspots for this new approach to music.

アキレス・ハッジス
ベネズエラで生まれ、10年前から東京を拠点に活動しているアキレス・ハジスは、ビジュアルアートと即興の戦略を組み合わせて、パフォーマンス、インスタレーション、楽器製作を行っています。プロトタイプとスケッチを結びつけて考えると、両者は、頭の中ではできないことができる程度にわずかに固まった思考であり、未知なるものを手招きする会話の為の枠組として存在するくらいには、まだ柔和であると考えています。彼の作品の多くは、故障した予測不可能なシステムに声を与え、現れるその会話を彼がアレンジしたり司会をしたりしています。

彼は、アメリカ、日本、ドイツ、オーストリア、ベネズエラ、韓国、台湾、香港などで作品や演奏を展示しています。

Aquiles Hadjis (Venezuela)
Based in Tokyo for the past decade, Aquiles Hadjis’ practice combines strategies from visual arts and improvisation to drive his performances, installations, and instrument building. Linking the idea of prototypes to sketching, he thinks of both as thought that has solidified only slightly, enough to do things it cannot do inside the mind, but still malleable enough to exist as a frame for conversations that beckon the unknown. Many of his works give voice to malfunctioning and unpredictable systems whose conversations he arranges and moderates.

He has performed and shown his work in the US, Japan, Germany, Austria, Venezuela, Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong among other places.

　
　
　
ルーベン・デルス（ベネズエラ）
ベルリンに在住し、サウンド・インスタレーションと音楽の交差点で活動している。彼のギター演奏は、アコースティックギター、チター、ピアノの弦、ケーブル、石、吊り下げモーター、ペンチ、揺れるコード、鳥の羽、冷蔵庫の部品で構成されるサウンド・インスタレーションを形成している。彼の作品は、Funkhaus Berlin、Centro Cultural Metropolitano Quito (EC), Artica Svalbard (NO), The Empty Gallery (HK), Interstice Festival (FR), Klangraum Krems (AT), Heart of Noise Festival (AT), Cashmere Radio (DE), Donau Festival (AT), NETWERK (BE) and ZKM Karlsruhe (DE) などで展示・演奏されてきた。

Rubén D’Hers (Venezuela).
Lives and works in Berlin, working on the intersection of sound installations and music. His guitar playing has shaped sound installations composed of acoustic guitars, zithers, piano strings, cable, stones, hanging motors, pliers, waving cords, bird feathers and refrigerators parts. His work has been exhibited and performed at venues like Funkhaus Berlin, Centro Cultural Metropolitano Quito (EC), Artica Svalbard (NO), The Empty Gallery (HK), Interstice Festival(FR), Klangraum Krems (AT), Heart of Noise Festival (AT), Cashmere Radio (DE), Donau Festival (AT), NETWERK (BE) and ZKM Karlsruhe (DE).
